PLAYER & TRAINER

AMBER GRAY

Hi, I'm Amber Gray, a McDonald's All-American and former professional women's basketball player with a passion for developing the next generation of athletes.

As a parent, you want your child to grow; not just in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and love for the game. That's exactly what my training is designed to do. I work with boys and girls at every level, from beginners building their first fundamentals to advanced players chasing elite performance.

Every session is personalized, purposeful, and built on the same techniques that took me to the professional level.

Come find us at an upcoming camp or event, or use the contact form below to get your athlete started today. Can't wait to meet you on the court!

About

Our Training Sessions

Duration: 1hr
For players just getting started, this session builds the foundation every great player needs. Through focused drills and skill repetition, we work on the core mechanics of the game — ball handling, proper shooting form, footwork, and court awareness. Beginners leave each session with stronger muscle memory and the confidence to step onto the court and compete.

Small Group Training - Beginner

Duration: 1hr
For players who know the basics and are ready to sharpen them. Each session uses targeted drills and deliberate repetition to improve consistency, elevate shooting mechanics, and build the decision-making skills that separate good players from great ones. If your athlete is ready to stop guessing and start performing, this is the next step.

Small Group Training - Intermediate

Duration:1 hr 15 min
Built for the serious competitor. Elite sessions are high-intensity and detail-driven, using advanced drills to develop the skills that hold up under pressure — finishing through contact, reading defenses, executing in game situations, and performing at the highest level of competition. For athletes chasing a roster spot or playing up a level, this is where it happens.

Small Group Training - Elite

Duration: 1h
The most focused training we offer. Every session is built entirely around your athlete — their position, their skill level, their goals. Amber works one-on-one through customized drills and targeted repetition, giving your child the individual attention and faster growth that no group setting can match. Available for Beginner, Intermediate, and Elite players. Ideal for athletes preparing for tryouts, working to move up a tier, or ready to break through a plateau.
